    This product works great. I’ve had insomnia since I completed cancer treatment and this helps me get to sleep. Once I take it I’m asleep within 15 minutes. I can take if I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps as well. No side effects or morning grogginess.

    This works well. If I’m having a restless night one dropper under my tongue and I’m out within 15 minutes. I’ve also taken it if I wake up on the middle of the night and it helps me fall back to sleep with no morning drowsiness. The taste is very herbal, but not bad!
